Sam Jewellers is a luxury fine jewellery house established in 1998, headquartered in New Delhi, India. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services — online and in-person.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Products & Descriptions
We take great care in accurately representing our products. Please note:
• Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen compared to the physical product, due to display settings and lighting conditions
• Gemstone weights, diamond grades, and metal purities are provided to the best of our knowledge and may be subject to minor variations
• All products are subject to availability. If unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or cancellation
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on current gold rates and gemstone valuations. Applicable GST is charged as per prevailing government regulations and reflected in the final invoice.
4. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a mutually agreed advance, as communicated by our team.
• For bespoke orders, an advance payment is required at the time of design approval
• Full payment is required prior to dispatch for all standard and online orders
• Receipts and invoices will be provided for all transactions
5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Bespoke and custom-made jewellery is created exclusively for the individual client based on agreed specifications. Accordingly:
• Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once design has been approved and production has commenced
• Bespoke orders are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances
• Post-approval design changes may attract additional charges and revised timelines
6. Exchange & Refund Policy
Sam Jewellers does not offer refunds. All sales are final. An exchange may be considered within 7 (seven) days of delivery, subject to quality inspection and approval by our team, as detailed in our Exchange Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that no cash refund will be provided under any circumstances.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sam Jewellers website — including design concepts, photographs, text, logos, and branding — is our exclusive intellectual property. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sam Jewellers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
