Shipping Destinations
We ship across India and offer international shipping to select destinations. For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. For pieces that require crafting or finishing, a preparation period of approximately 6–7 business days precedes dispatch. Once dispatched, orders within Delhi NCR are delivered within 2–3 business days, while metro cities across India receive their orders within 3–5 business days, as outlined above.

Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event of a failed delivery, up to two additional attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the item will be returned to our studio and re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure a responsible individual is available at the delivery address.
Loss or Damage in Transit
All shipments from Sam Jewellers are insured. If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and work towards a resolution in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
